The Department of Business Support in the Regional Development Agency of the Usti Region PLC (RRA UK) is focussed on support of small and medium enterprises (SME) in the Usti Region. The department co-operates with many other organisations of the Region which offer services to SMEs. This interaction allows to cope with the growing requirements from the SMEs and to deliver services from one place.

The strategic objective is: Support and co-ordination of activities which trend to systematic development of the business environment in the Usti Region
