enterprising development support

Czech Republic public administration is conscious, that it is taking co-responsibility for enterprising development (active creator of economical environment and climate role) together with entrepreneurs and other economical companies. The actual trading, relationships and behaviour in this environment is up to enterprising companies.

Public administration has various tools for influencing environment, by which it modifies free market environment. Obligatory rules for all actors of the economical development are laws, publications and regulations. Other tools are political, institutional, information and mainly financial support. Grants for the state budget are directed for example into the area of adopting the enterprising environment to the standard market conditions, into attracting foreign investors, creation of new working positions, qualification and re-qualification of employees, to science and research etc.

• Limited support of local market, which hinders illicit trade practice harming interest of Czech Republic.
• Support of HR development in processing industry (SOP Industry programs, Phare 2000,2003,...), open also for small and medium entrepreneurs - www.crr.cz.
