RDA UR elaborates for towns and municipalities, associations of towns and Regional Office of Usti Region real property catalogues. They serve as an incentive material for domestic and foreign investors and they are updated on periodic basis. In 2002 RDA UR elaborated real property catalogues suitable for entrepreneurial activities for town Duchcov and for Chomutov region - towns Klasterec nad Ohri, Jirkov, Chomutov, Kadan and Vejprty.

• Catalogue of properties and lands suitable for entrepreneurial activities in town Duchcov 2002.
• Catalogue of real properties suitable for entrepreneurial activities - Association of municipalities for Industrial Zones Development in the Chomutov District 2002.

In 2003 catalogue of industrial zones of Usti Region was elaborated.
